1.
I understand that attending this party is a
privilege, not a right and I have voluntarily purchased my ticket for
admission under these conditions.
2.
I understand that the proceeds from the ticket
sales distributed among the various charities that the Coast of Carolina
Parrothead Club designates, by and through their Board of Directors and
Officers in their absolute discretion.
3.
I understand that these tickets are
non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exceptions
allowed are a transfer to a member of a Parrothead Club in good
standing, who must also sign the conduct form prior to transfer.
4.
I understand that Atalaya Castle is a
historical building and as such, portions of Atalaya Castle are
off-limits. I understand that I must follow the directives of the
private security, volunteer security, event chairman, board members and
officers of the Coast of Carolina Parrothead Club at all times while I
am on these premises.
5.
I understand that space is limited, and
therefore, I will limit myself to either a beach towel or a beach chair,
with an accompanying cooler not to exceed one (1) yard in
length.
6.
I understand that I may not bring glass of
any type into this party. I further understand that any glass,
other than reading/eyeglasses is strictly prohibited.
7.
I understand that I have been offered group
transportation to and from the park facility. I understand that if I
provide my own transportation, I agree to hold the Coast of Carolina
Parrothead Club, its members, officers and directors harmless and
indemnify them for any loss that occurs as a result of my driving to the
event or returning home from the event.
8.
I understand that I may not
enter Atalaya Castle until 3:00 p.m. I understand that I
must vacate Atalaya Castle before 8:30 p.m.
9.
I will be responsible for everything that I
bring into Atalaya Castle and I will not leave behind trash, oral
syringes and their caps or any material whatsoever because I am a good
Parrothead and I understand the damage to the environment.
10.
I understand that all ticket holders must
display their ticket at all times during the event at Atalaya Castle.
11.
I understand that even the volunteers that are
putting on this party have also purchased a ticket.
12.
I will endeavor to conduct myself in such a
manner so as to allow the volunteers to enjoy the benefit of this event
as well.
13.
I hereby certify that I am either a member in
good standing of the Coast of Carolina Parrothead Club or one (1) of the
sanctioned Parrothead Clubs of PHIP.
14.
I will use the Port-A-Potties outside Atalaya Castle at all
times.
